When Sqales and Utopia started working together, we used Utopia’s experience in other countries to create a well-defined target list. We created buyer personas that allowed us to personalize our outreach. In general, Sqales had to find companies that: a) allowed UGC and/or b) had sufficient content to moderate. Our strategy focused on three industries we deemed most promising: online media, e-commerce, and gaming.
Utopia’s platform tackles many problems companies face when they allow users to post reviews, comments, or other content on their website or social media. Cyberbullying, racism, grooming, and other bad behavior can become rampant if moderation doesn’t tackle them.

Utopia Analytics was founded in Finland and quickly achieved a strong foothold. While expanding throughout Europe and beyond, Utopia Analytics looked for a sales outsourcing firm to support its efforts in the Netherlands.
